NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN, that the Town of
Edinburgh (Owner) will re-
ceive sealed bids for the
necessary labor, supervi-
sion, material, equipment,
and delivery for eight (8)
15kV circuit breakers
(Circuit Breaker,) plus op-
tional one (1) spare Circuit
Breaker, to be installed at
its project known as
Edinburgh Industrial Park
Substation (Project) at
250 West 900 North, Edin-
burgh, Indiana 46124.
Sealed bids will be re-
ceived at the office of
Clerk-Treasurer, Town of
Edinburgh Administrative
Office, 107 South Holland
Street, Edinburgh, Indiana
46124 until 10:00 a.m.
Eastern on Friday, June
26, 2026. The documents
will then be opened and
read aloud and thereafter
taken under advisement
pending review of each
document.
Copies of the Instruc-
tions to Bidders, Plans
and Specifications and
Contract Documents for
the work may be obtained,
at a non-refundable cost
of Fifty Dollars ($50.00),
from the Engineer located
at:
Alpha Engineering, Inc.

Project consists of con-
structing a new 69kV delta
-12.5kV wye distribution
substation.
All circuit breaker
equipment shall be fur-
nished by Bidder.
All circuit breaker
equipment is requested to
be delivered by October 1,
2026. Owner reserves the
right to amend the specifi-
cations and modify the de-
livery schedule as neces-
sary.
A pre-bid meeting is not
scheduled for this bid
event.
Bids shall conform to
the requirements stated in
the Instructions to Bidders.
Bids shall include a com-
pleted Indiana State Form
96 accompanied by a cer-
tified check or bid bond of
not less than ten percent
(10%) of the maximum to-
tal amount of the base bid.
Successful Bidder shall be
required to furnish a con-
tractors bond for 100% of
the proposal price and fur-
nish a Certificate of Insur-
ance. Owner reserves the
right to reject any and all
bids and to waive minor ir-
regularities in bidding and
bid specifications.
