Pursuant to Indiana
Code Section 29-1-7-4(b),
If no proceedings involv-
ing the personal repre-
sentative are pending in
the court three (3) months
after the closing statement
is filed, the appointment of
the personal representa-
tive terminates and the es-
tate is closed by operation
of law.
All interested persons
who object to or have a
claim concerning the ad-
ministration of this estate
must file such objection or
claim in the office of the
Clerk of this Court within
three (3) months from the
filing of the closing state-
ment or the claims will be
forever barred.
