NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given
that the Town of Edin-
burgh will receive sealed
bids at the Edinburgh
Town Hall, 107 South Hol-
land Street, Edinburgh, IN
46124-0065 on or before
4:30 PM, Monday, April
13, 2026 for the following
services: milling; asphalt
materials and installation;
curb ramps. The bids will
be opened and total costs
read aloud on April
13,2026, at 4:30pm in
Town of Edinburgh Coun-
cil Chambers. The bids
will then be taken under
advisement pending re-
view of each bid submittal.

obtain copies of specifica-

free and hard copies will
be available for a fee of
one hundred dollars
($100) at the CrossRoad
Engineers, P.C. main of-
fice. Payments and costs
of Contract Documents
are non-refundable.

forwarded by mail or deliv-
ered in person, addressed
to the Town of Edinburgh,

Box 65, Edinburgh, Indi-
ana, 46124-0065.
Bids received after 4:30
PM on the 13th day of
April, 2026 will be returned
unopened. Each bid must
be enclosed in a sealed
envelope bearing the
name and address of the
bidder. Bids shall be sub-
mitted on General form 96
as approved by the Indi-
ana State Board of Ac-
counts along with a bid
bond executed by the bid-
der and a surety company,
or a certified check paya-
ble to the Town of Edin-
burgh in the amount of five
percent (5%) of the total
maximum bid shall be
submitted with the bid.
The Edinburgh Town
Council reserves the right
to accept or reject any bid
or any part thereof.
