wherein Freedom Mort-
gage Corporation was
Plaintiff, and South Lake
Homeowners' Association,
Inc., Kenneth E. Suther-
land, Andrea N. Suther-
land, City of Greenwood,
United States of America,
acting through the Secre-
tary of Housing and Urban
Development and State of
Indiana were Defendants,
required me to make the
sum as provided for in
said Decree with interest
and cost, I will expose at
public sale to the highest
