NOTICE TO
TAXPAYERS
REGARDING
DETERMINATION TO
ISSUE BONDS OF THE
CENTER GROVE
COMMUNITY SCHOOL
CORPORATION, JOHN-
SON COUNTY, INDI ANA

The taxpayers of the
Center Grove Community
School Corporation, John-
son County, Indiana (the
School Corporation), are
hereby notified that on Oc-
tober 20, 2025, the Board
of School Trustees of the
School Corporation (the
Board) adopted a resolu-
tion which determined that
the School Corporation
will issue one or more
series of general obliga-
tion bonds of the School
Corporation, payable out
of ad valorem property
taxes collected by the
School Corporation on all
taxable property within the
geographical boundaries
of the School Corporation,
each of which to be desig-
nated Center Grove Com-
munity School Corpora-
tion, Johnson County, In-
diana, General Obligation
Bonds, Series 2025, and
all of which will be in an
original aggregate princi-
pal amount not to exceed
Five Million Three Hun-
dred Thousand Dollars
($5,300,000), with a final
maturity ending no later
than January 1, 2035, and
bearing interest at a rate
or rates not exceeding five
percent (5.00%), the exact
rate or rates to be deter-
mined by negotiated sale
with Robert W. Baird &
Co. Incorporated, or its
successor (collectively,
the 2025 General Obliga-
tion Bonds). The pro-
ceeds of the 2025 General
Obligation Bonds will be
used to pay for all of the
costs of the 2025/2026
District-Wide Long-Term
Capital Maintenance and
Equipping Project, as de-
fined and described in the
resolution adopted by the
Board on March 20, 2025,
and the costs associated
therewith, including, but
not limited to, the issuance
of the 2025 General Obli-
gation Bonds.
