of Johnson County, Indi-
ana, in Cause No.
41D04-2503-MF-000049
wherein Gateway Mort-
gage, a division of Gate-
way First Bank was Plain-
tiff, and Jesse Hollan
Cathcart was a Defendant,
required me to make the
sum as provided for in
said Decree with interest
and cost I will expose at
public sale to the highest
bidder, on the 21st day of
August, 2025, at the hour
of 10:00 am or as soon
thereafter as is possible,
at 1091 Hospital Road,
Franklin, IN 46131, the fee
simple of the whole body
of Real Estate in Johnson
County, Indiana.
