hold a public hearing on

Franklin, Indiana, to con-
sider a proposed Common
Council Resolution No.:
2025-05 City of Franklin,
Indiana, A Resolution Set-
ting Forth Final Action in
Designating Airtomic, 75
Linville Way as an Eco-
nomic Revitalization Area
and Confirming Resolution
No.: 2025-04. The Com-
mon Council will receive
and hear all remonstrance
and objections from inter-
ested persons at that
hearing. The legal de-
scription is as follows:
