NOTICE TO
TAXPAYERS OF
ADDITIONAL
APPROPRIATION
HEARING

Notice is hereby given
to the taxpayers of the
Greenwood Community
School Corporation (the
"School Corporation") that
the Board of School Trus-
tees (the "Board") of the
School Corporation will
meet at School
Corporation's Administra-
tion Building, 605 West
Smith Valley Road,
Greenwood, Indiana, at
the hour of 7:00 p.m.
(Local Time) on December
16, 2025, to consider the
following additional appro-
priation which the Board
considers necessary to
meet the need existing at
this time:

Fund Name: 0101
Education Fund
Major Budget
Classification:
Instruction - Regular
Programs $500,000.00
Support Services -
Instruction $1,000,000.00
TOTAL for Education
Fund $1,500,000.00

There will be no tax in-
crease elated to this addi-
tional appropriation. The
State of Indiana has al-
ready provided these
funds to the Greenwood
Community School Corpo-
ration and this action
allows the district to utilize
those funds accordingly.
Taxpayers of the
School Corporation ap-
pearing at the meeting
shall have the right to be
heard in respect to the ad-
ditional appropriation re-
quest. The additional ap-
propriations as finally
made will be referred to
the Department of Local
Government Finance. The
Department will make a
determination as to the
sufficiency of funds to sup-
port the appropriations
within fifteen (15) days of
receipt of an electronic
copy of the action taken.
