NOTICE

The Town of Whiteland
Plan Commission will hold
a public hearing on July
3rd, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in
the meeting room of the
Whiteland Town Hall, 549
Main Street, Whiteland, In-
diana, to consider
2025-V-05, special ex-
ception petition to allow:
a non-conforming mate-
rial for the exterior of
Phase 3 of the WCHS Ex-
pansion regarding a
greenhouse and class-
room on the premises lo-
cated at 129 US 31,
Whiteland, IN. Written
suggestions or objections
to the provisions of said
request may be filed with
the Board Secretary, at or
before such meeting, and
will be heard at the time
and place specified. Inter-
ested persons desiring to
present their views upon
the said request, either in
writing or verbally, will be
given the opportunity to be
heard at the above men-
tioned time and place.
Said hearing may be con-
tinued from time to time as
may be necessary.
