State Revolving Fund
(SRF) Loan Program Cat-
egorical Exclusion (CE):
Town of Princes Lakes,
Johnson County, Nineveh
and Blue River Town-
ships, PER: Water System
Improvements; SRF Proj-
ect DW 24 13 07 00.

To all interested parties:
this is notification that the
Town of Princes Lakes
Water System Improve-
ments project is categori-
cally excluded from sub-
stantive environmental re-
view. The SRF is submitt-
ing the CE for public no-
tice.

The projects (to be
completed in two phases)
are needed to maintain
adequate system pressure
and flow as well as in-
crease the efficiency and
rehabilitation of the sys-
tem. Phase I includes the
Storage Facility Improve-
ments Project and Phase
II includes the System
Performance and System
Resiliency Improvements
projects.

Total cost of this project
is estimated to be approxi-
mately $9,157,000. The
Town of Princes Lakes in-
tends to finance the proj-
ect with a loan from the
Drinking Water SRF Loan
Program for a term and
annual fixed interest rate
to be determined at loan
closing. Monthly user
rates and charges may
need to be analyzed to de-
termine if adjustments are
required for loan repay-
ment.
