Notice is hereby given
that I have, as the owner
(or with the owners con-
sent) of the property, com-
monly described as the
address of 3481 S. Honey
Creek Road & 6400 Block,
west side, N 125 W,
Greenwood, Indiana, and
legally described by the
attached legal description,
filed a petition before the
Plan Commission of the
City of Greenwood, which
petition requests annexa-
tion and zone map change
of the said property from
the current zoning district
of SR & AG to the pro-
posed RM & RL for the
purposed of single family
housing.

This petition, Docket
PC2025-036, will come for
hearing at 7:00p.m. in the
Common Council Cham-
bers at the Greenwood
City Building, 300 South
Madison Avenue, Green-
wood, Indiana, and virtu-
ally at https://zoom.us/ , on
July 14, 2025.
