HEARING
Notice is hereby given
that the Trafalgar Board of
Zoning Appeals will on the
12th day of January 2026
at 6:30 p.m. at the Town
Hall, Trafalgar, Indiana will
hold a public hearing on a
request for a Use Vari-
ance to allow for an ac-
cessory use of an agricul-
turally zoned parcel of real
estate, that is not agricul-
turally based. The real es-
tate, generally located on
and along the southwest
corner of the intersection
of S. 225 West and the
private drive leading to the
Towns Sanitation Plant
and legally described as
follows:
A part of the West Half
of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 1, Township 11
North, Range 3 East of the
Second Principal Merid-
ian, Hensley Township,
Johnson County, Indiana,
as shown on a survey
completed by Barkocy
Surveying, Inc. as Job
Number 2821, certified
September 24, 2025, and
recorded on October 3,
2025 as Instrument No.
2025-020097 by Andrew
Barkocy, PLS No.
21800016 and being more
particularly described as

the Board at or before
such meeting and will be
heard by the Board at the
time and place specified.
Said Hearing may be con-
tinued from time to time as
may be necessary. Inter-
ested persons desiring to
present their views upon
the said request, either in
writing or verbally, will be
given the opportunity to be
heard at the
above-mentioned time and
place. Copies of the peti-
tion (Case Number
26-V-01) may be exam-
ined at the Trafalgar Town
Hall Department of Plann-
ing and Zoning.
