wood Airport Board of Avi-
ation Commissioners in-
vites architectural / engi-
neering firms with experi-
ence in the planning, de-
sign, administration and
inspection of airport devel-
opment projects and Fed-
eral Aviation Administra-
tion (FAA) grant applica-
tions to submit a State-
ment of Qualifications
(SOQ) with supporting
documentation to the Air-
port Manger, 897 Airport
Parkway, Greenwood, In-
diana 46143 no later than
3:00 p.m. on November
16, 2026.
Selection will be based
on a review and evalua-
tion of factors including re-
cent experience with air-
port projects, background
of firm, experience and
availability of key person-
nel, knowledge of FAA
rules and regulations, and
history of firms capacity to
meet schedules and budg-
ets. The firm selected as a
result of this RFQ may be
contracted with to provide
engineering and/or archi-
tectural services for airport
improvement and develop-
ment projects at the Indy
South Greenwood Airport
for a term of up to five (5)
years.
