NOTICE OF
DETERMINATION

Pursuant to Indiana
Code 6-1.1-20-5, notice
is hereby given that the
Board of School Trustees
of the Greenwood Com-
munity School Corporation
has preliminarily deter-
mined to: (i) enter into one
or more lease agreements
and/or issue one or more
series of bonds in the ag-
gregate principal amount
not to exceed $20,600,000
to fund the construction,
renovation and improve-
ments at school facilities,
including roof replace-
ments and installation of
solar arrays for energy
savings, and improve-
ments related thereto; and
(ii) enter into one or more
lease agreements and/or
issue one or more series
of bonds in the aggregate
principal amount not to ex-
ceed $6,800,000 the to
fund the renovation of and
improvements to facilities
throughout the School
Corporation, including
storm damage improve-
ments at Greenwood High
School, classroom renova-
tions, site and athletics im-
provements, and the pur-
chase of vehicles, equip-
ment and technology.
