the request by David A.
Cox, as Personal Repre-
sentative of the Estate of
Alice V. Dungan, de-
ceased, on his Motion for
Deed in Lieu of Sale will
come up for action regard-
ing the real estate com-
monly known as 504 West
Broadway Street, Green-
wood, Indiana, more fully
described as follows:
Lot numbered 2 in
Broadway Heights Addi-
tion to the Town of Green-
wood, Johnson County,
Indiana, as shown by plat
record No. 1 page 86 of
the records of the Record-
ers Office of said County.
This notice is directed
to Kennth Maurer, and all
heirs and descendants of
Alice V. Dungan.
Any objections to the
Motion for Deed in Lieu of
Sale stating why said Mo-
tion should not be ap-
proved must be filed in
writing on or before said
date and time.
