that I have, with the
owner's consent, of the
property commonly de-

Stones Crossing Rd,
Greenwood, IN 46143 and
legally described as

Lot 2 in Shilohs Corner,
an addition to the City of
Greenwood, Indiana, as
per Plat thereof recorded
October 2, 2023, as In-
strument Number 2023-
015765, In the Office of
the Recorder of Johnson
County, Indiana, filed a
petition before the Board
of Zoning Appeals of the
City of Greenwood, which
petition requests a Vari-
ance to allow a monument
sign to be situated on the
property to include the
names of two adjoining
off-site businesses. Sec.
10-03-08. Signage (C)(4)
prohibits off-premises
signs.

concerning the petition ac-
cording to procedures an-
nounced by the presiding
officer. In the event of an

ticipants or unforeseen
technical or practical
issues, the meeting may
be terminated and re-
started. Hearings may be
continued from time to
time as may be found nec-
essary.

ten objections filed with
the Planning Director be-
fore the hearing will be
considered and oral com-
ments concerning the peti-
tion will be heard. Written
