The Cordry-Sweetwater
Conservancy District will
meet for its annual meet-
ing and election of direc-
tors on January 10, 2026,
at the CSLOA Clubhouse
located at 8751 Nineveh
Road, Nineveh, Indiana
46164. The election of di-
rectors will occur prior to
the annual meeting.
There are two (2) va-
cancies on the Board of
Directors: Area 2 and Area
5. The District has re-
ceived two (2) nominating
petitions for a Director to
represent Area 2. Shena
Johnson and Dale Sears
have been nominated.
One (1) nominating pe-
tition has been received
for a Director to represent
Area 5. Mark Rasdall has
been nominated. No other
nominations were re-
ceived, therefore, no elec-
tion will be held at the an-
nual meeting for the office
of Director for Area 5.
The election for Director
of Area 2 will be held prior
to the annual meeting.
The annual meeting is
scheduled to begin at
12:00pm on January 10,
2026, at the CSLOA Club-
house located at 8751
Nineveh Road, Nineveh,
Indiana 46164.
At the annual meeting,
which shall occur following
the election at 12:00pm,
the Board of Directors of
the Cordry-Sweetwater
Conservancy District shall
consider and approve
claims, receive information
concerning the affairs of
the District, and shall take
such other action as may
be permitted by law.
