41D02-2501-MF-000001
wherein Freedom Mort-
gage Corporation was
Plaintiff, and James W.
Thomas II, Meghan R. Lu-
cas, United States of
America, acting through
the Secretary of Housing
and Urban Development,
Olive Branch Manor Com-
munity Association, Inc.,
Portfolio Recovery Associ-
ates, LLC and State of In-
diana were Defendants,
required me to make the
sum as provided for in
said Decree with interest
and cost, I will expose at
public sale to the highest
bidder, on the 18th day of
