of record, residence, utili-
ties, institutions, and mu-
nicipalities.
No structures or im-
provements shall be per-
mitted within Any Legal
Drain Easement, All build-
ings, fences, plantings,
crops, trees, shrubs, and
woody vegetation grown
within the easement, or le-
gal drain (tile or open
ditch) are at the risk of
owner and subject to re-
moval without restitution.
All inquiries, requests for
utility crossings, perimeter
drain hook-up, out-let, and
or permission to encroach
