DETERMINATION

Pursuant to Indiana
Code 6-1.1-20-5, notice
is hereby given that the
Board of School Trustees
of the Edinburgh Commu-
nity School Corporation
has preliminarily deter-
mined to enter into a lease
agreement and issue
bonds in one or more
series of bonds in the ag-
gregate principal amount
of $7,000,000 to fund a
portion of the renovation
of and improvements to
facilities throughout the
School Corporation, in-
cluding site improvements
and the purchase of
buses, equipment and
technology.
