Notice is hereby given
that the Johnson County
Drainage Board, on the
7th of July, 2026, at 6:00
P.M. in the Auditorium of
the Courthouse Annex
Building located at 86
West Court Street in
Franklin, Indiana, will hold
a public hearing on a re-
quest by Timbercreek In-
vestments, LLC by
Barkocy Surveying, Inc.
for consideration of a re-
quest for "Revised Drain-
age Approval" for the Hay-
maker North Minor Plat
and the Haymaker South
Minor Plat residential sub-
divisions located at Ap-
proximately 1041 CR 450
W. and Approximately
4390 CR 100 N., Green-
wood, IN, being more par-
ticularly described below:

This is a request for
"Revised Drainage Ap-
proval" for Haymaker
North Minor Plat and Hay-
maker South Minor Plat,
being two 4-Lot residential
subdivision.
Interested persons de-
siring to present their
views upon the request,

bally, will be given the op-
portunity to be heard at
the above-mentioned time
