Notice of Public Hearing

The Town of Edinburgh
Plan Commission will hold
a public hearing on the
15th day of July, 2025, at
6:00 p.m. in the Edinburgh
Town Hall at 107 South
Holland Street, Edinburgh,
Indiana 46124, to consider
a petition by VR Empire,
LLC, c/o Ray Basile, Attor-
ney, case number
PC2025-08-HCOD for
consideration of a request
to allow:
VR Empire plans to de-
velop the vacant lot into a
gas station and conven-
ience store. The subject
property is located imme-
diately south of O'Reilly
Auto Parts on Eisenhower
Drive within the Highway
Corridor Overlay District.
The convenience store
will be a 3,000 square
footbuildihg. There will be
four (4) fuel islands with a
total of eight (8) fuel sta-
tions. There will be no
separate diesel pumps for
semi-tractors or other
oversized vehicles.

Replat of John C. Groub
Minor Plat as recorded in
Plat Book S, page 104C in
the Office of the Recorder
of Bartholomew County,

objections to the provi-
sions of said request may
be filed with the Secretary
of the Commission, at or

views upon the said re-
quest, either in writing or
verbally, will be given the
opportunity to be heard at
the above-mentioned time
and place. Copies of the
petition may be examined
at the Town of Edinburgh
Building Commissioner,

Edinburgh, Indiana 46124.
