APPROVAL

Notice is hereby given
that the Johnson County
Drainage Board, on the
5th of November, 2026, at
6:00 P.M. in the Audito-
rium of the Courthouse
Annex Building located at
86 West Court Street in
Franklin, Indiana, will hold
a public hearing on a re-
quest by Russell Wetzel
by Barkocy Surveying, Inc.
for consideration of a re-
quest for "Drainage Ap-
proval" for the Wetzel Mi-
nor Plat residential subdi-
vision located at 7327
Centerline Road, Nineveh,
IN, being more particularly
described below:
A part of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 28,
Township 11 North,
Range 4 East of the Sec-
ond Principal Meridian,
Nineveh Township, John-
son County, Indiana, more
particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the
Southwest corner of said
Northwest Quarter Sec-
tion; thence North 00 de-
grees 00 minutes 00 sec-
onds East (previous sur-
vey bearing) on and along
the West line of said
Northwest Quarter Section
541.52 feet to the South-
west corner of the
grantor's land; thence con-
tinuing North 00 degrees

East on and along said

the Point of Beginning;
thence continuing on and
along said West line North

"Drainage Approval" for
Wetzel Minor Plat, a 2-Lot
residential subdivision.
The property is located at
7327 Centerline Road,
Nineveh, IN.
Interested persons de-
siring to present their
views upon the request,
either in writing or ver-
bally, will be given the op-
portunity to be heard at
the above-mentioned time
and place. Copies of the
petition may be examined
at the Johnson County
Surveyor's Office, 86 West
Court Street, Franklin, In-
diana. Office hours are
Monday through Friday,
