subdivision, Mead-

jor Plat Preliminary, Outlet
Encroach, The property in-
volved is legally described
below. Written sugges-
tions or objections to the
provisions of the request
may be filed with the Sec-

before such meeting and
will be heard by the Board
at the time and place
