Hearing by The Board of
Zoning Appeals New,
Whiteland, Indiana
Notice is hereby given
of a petition before the
Board of Zoning Appeals
requesting a variance of
zoning ordinance to wit:
Faithful Companion LLC is
petitioning to the Town of
New Whiteland Board of
Zoning Appeals to allow
the operation of a pet cre-
mation facility at 1015
Hawthorn Bloom Drive.
The development is zoned
as Manufacturing District
(M) and identified as the
Country Gate Industrial
parcel at Tracy Road and
Hawthorn Bloom Drive.
A public hearing will be
held by said Board at the
New Whiteland Town Hall,
540 Tracy Road, Suite C,
New Whiteland, IN on July
28th at 6:30 P.M. At
which time and place all
interested persons will be
given the opportunity to be
heard in reference to the
matters set out in the peti-
tion. This notice of a pub-
lic hearing is required un-
der Zoning Ordinance
4-501, by order of the
Board of Zoning Appeals.
