NOTICE TO TAXPAY-
ERS REGARDING DECI-
SION OF THE
BARGERSVILLE COM-
MUNITY FIRE PROTEC-
TION DISTRICT, JOHN-
SON COUNTY, INDIANA,
TO ENTER INTO A
LEASE WITH THE
BARGERSVILLE COM-
MUNITY FIRE PROTEC-
TION DISTRICT BUILD-
ING CORPORATION

The taxpayers of the
Bargersville Community
Fire Protection District,
Johnson County, Indiana
(the District), are hereby
notified that the Board of
Fire Trustees of the Dis-
trict determined that the
District will take all actions
necessary to enter into a
lease (the Lease) with
the Bargersville Commu-
nity Fire Protection District
Building Corporation (the
Building Corporation),
which in turn will allow the
Building Corporation to is-
sue bonds (the Bonds)
payable from the lease
rentals received from the
District pursuant to the
terms of the Lease. The
proceeds of the Bonds will
be used to pay for the
costs of the (1) the financ-
ing of the acquisition, con-
struction, installation, and
equipping of one or more
new fire stations and any
related improvements, and
(2) the acquisition by the
Bargersville Community
Fire Protection District
Building Corporation (the
Building Corporation) of
the real estate upon which
such new fire stations and
related equipment and fix-
tures will be located in-
cluding the site and the
appurtenances thereto
(such real estate and the
appurtenances thereto
(clauses (1) and (2), col-
lectively, the Project).

The Lease will have a
term ending on a date not
later than twenty (20)
years from the date of is-
suance of the Bonds. The
annual lease rental paya-
ble under the Lease shall
not exceed $1,900,000
per year payable in semi-
annual installments on
June 30 and December 30
of each year during the
term of the Lease. The
District shall pay such
lease rentals solely from
the revenues of an ad
valorem tax levied by the
District on all taxable prop-
erty in the District pursu-
ant to Ind. Code
36-1-10-17, as amended.
The Project will be used
for the purposes of provid-
ing fire protection, emer-
gency medical services,
first response services,
and special operation res-
cues to the District.
