Notice for Publication

Notice is hereby given
that the Johnson County
Board of Zoning Appeals,
on May 26th 2026 at 7:00
PM in the Public Audito-
rium of the Courthouse
Annex Building at 86 West
Court Street in Franklin,
Indiana, will hold a public
hearing on a request by
petitioner Noah Hale for
consideration of a land
use petition on property lo-
cated at 5835 N 75 W,
Whiteland:
VARIANCE OF USE of
the Johnson County Uni-
fied Development Ordi-
nance to provide for an
HVAC contractor shop,
warehouse, and office (not
permitted on agriculturally
zoned property).
VARIANCES OF DE-
VELOPMENT STAND-
ARDS of the Johnson
County Unified Develop-
ment Ordinance to:
1. Waive commercial
parking requirements
(paved surface, curbs, and
stall striping),
2. Waive landscaping
requirements (landscape
buffer 20 feet in width),
and
3. Allow for a wall sign
not to exceed 50 square
feet in area.
Interested persons de-
siring to present their
views upon the request,
either in writing or ver-
bally, will be given the op-
portunity to be heard at
the above mentioned time
and place. Copies of the
petition may be examined
at the Johnson County
Department of Planning &
Zoning, 86 West Court
Street, Franklin, Indiana.
