County Drainage Board
for drainage review for a
project to be known as
Nineveh Fire Station
#101 (Docket Number
DR-26-000-3633) in Nine-
veh Township, Johnson
County Indiana, in Section
28, Township 11N, Range
4E, located approximately
850 feet west of the inter-
section of South Nineveh
Road and West Street in
Nineveh, Indiana.
A copy of this applica-
tion, development plans,
and reports pertaining to
this proposed develop-
ment are on file and avail-
able for examination prior
to the public hearing in the
office of the Johnson
County Surveyors Office
at the Johnson County
Courthouse West Annex
located at 86 West Court
Street, Franklin, Indiana,
46131, between the hours
of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM,
Monday through Friday.
Interested parties may of-
fer an oral opinion at the
hearing or may file written
comments concerning the
matter to be heard to or at
the hearing.
The Johnson County
Drainage Board will hold a
public hearing on this pro-
posed drainage review in
the Auditorium of the
Courthouse West Annex
located at 86 West Court
Street, Franklin, Indiana,
46131 on April 7, 2026 at
6:00 PM.
