Bids received after
stated time shall be re-
turned, unopened.
Owner reserves the
right to accept or reject
any bid or waive any infor-
mality or error in bidding
for a period
of 60 days from bid
opening date.
The Construction Man-
ager for this project will be
AECOM Hunt, 2450 South
Tibbs Avenue, Indianapo-
lis,
IN 46241.
METHOD OF BIDDING
All work for the com-
plete construction of the
Maple Grove Elementary
SPED Renovation will be
bid under separate
prime contract bids; they
are as follows:
1. Bid Package #1
General Trades
2. Bid Package #2
Mechanical & Plumbing
3. Bid Package #3
Electrical & Technology
4. Bid Package #4
Fire Protection
Bids shall be based on
a "stipulated sum" basis in
full accordance with Bidd-
ing Documents prepared
by CSO Architects, 8831
Keystone Crossing, Indi-
anapolis, IN 46240.
PREPARATION AND
SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Bids shall be executed
on State Form 96 and
Supplementary Proposal
Form included in the Proj-
ect Manual.
Bids shall be accompa-
nied by AIA Document
A305 Contractor's Qualifi-
cation statement.
Bids shall be accompa-
nied by Contractors Fi-
nancial Statement specific
enough and in such detail
so that the Owner can
make a proper determi-
nation of the Bidders ca-
pability for completing the
project if awarded.
A Bid security in the
form of AIA Document
A310, a certified check, In-
diana General Revised
Form No. 86, Contractors
Combination Bid Bond
and Bond for Construc-
tion or a form from an ac-
ceptable surety shall ac-
company each bid. The
bid security shall be in the
penal amount of 5% of the
total bid price and made
payable to the Owner.
Bids shall be accompa-
nied by the Contract Re-
sponsibility Certification
(reference specification
section 00 21 00 Instruc-
tion to Bidders)
Should Bidder withdraw
his bid within 90 days from
bid opening date without
written consent of the
Owner or fail to execute a
satisfactory contract with
the Owner, the Owner
may declare the bid secu-
rity forfeited as liquidated
damages.
Prior to execution of the
Contract, Bidder shall fur-
nish Performance Bond
and Payment Bond in the
amount of 100% of the
Contract Sum. Bonds shall
remain in full force and ef-
fect for 12 months from
date of acceptance of the
work.
BIDDING DOCU-
MENTS
Prime Bidders may ob-
tain Bidding Documents
from Eastern Engineering,
9901 Allisonville Road,
Fishers, IN 46038 by
any of the following meth-
ods:
1. Downloading a com-
plete set of Bidding Docu-
ments. There is no cost for
downloading the Bidding
Documents.
2. Purchase printed
copies of bidding docu-
ments. Prime Bidders
shall obtain complete sets
of Bidding Documents.
This cost is
non-refundable.
Sub-bidders and suppli-
ers may purchase Bidding
Documents (download,
CD, printed) from Eastern
Engineering. This cost is
non-refundable.
Sub-bidders and suppliers
are responsible for deter-
mining the drawing sheet
numbers and spec division
numbers needed.
PRE-BID CONFER-
ENCE
Contractors shall meet
with the Owner, Construc-
tion Manager and Archi-
tect at 10:00 a.m. on April
02, 2026, in the White
River Township Trustees
Office located at 2929 S.
Morgantown Rd Green-
wood, IN 46143 for a
Pre-Bid Conference.
Any questions concern-
ing bidding the project
shall be directed to Juan
Castillo (juan.castillo@
aecom.com) and Chad
Peters (chad.peters@
aecom.com).
TIME OF COMPLE-
TION
Bidders shall state com-
pletion time along with
their bid. Commence Work
within 48 hours after sign-
ing contract or receiving a
notice to proceed, and
complete Work ready for
completion as follows:
Substantial Completion:
July 30, 2026
Final Completion: Sep-
tember 30, 2026

The Center Grove
Community School Cor-
