our intent to comply with
the requirements of Con-
struction General
Stormwater Permit to dis-
charge stormwater from
construction activities as-
sociated with the Mead-
owbrook, Sections 1A, 1B,
and 1C. project located on
the East and West sides
of S.R. 135, approximately
1 mile South of Whiteland
Road in Bargersville, IN,
and is scheduled to com-
mence construction in
March 2026. Runoff from
the project site will dis-
charge to Centrally to
Robards-Pruner Legal
