accept the resignation of

point one or more new di-
rectors, and elect officers;
and (ii) consider the pro-
posed Second Supple-
mental Trust Indenture
and the issuance of the Ad
Valorem Property Tax
First Mortgage Bonds,
Series 2026 (or such other
name or series designa-
tion as determined by
Clark-Pleasant Commu-
nity School Corporation's
municipal advisor) by the
Building Corporation.
