NOTICE OF ANNUAL
MEETING AND NO
ELECTION
FOR THE WHITE LAKE
CONSERVANCY
DISTRICT

This notice is given pur-
suant to I.C.14-33-5-4.
The White Lake Conserv-
ancy District will hold its
annual meeting on Janu-
ary 17, 2026, at 10:30am
at the Princes Lakes
Town Hall located at 14 E.
Lakeview Drive, Nineveh,
Indiana 46164.
No vacancy exists on
the Board of Directors;
therefore, no election will
be held at the annual
meeting.
At the annual meeting
the Board of Directors of
the White Lake Conserv-
ancy District will conduct
such business as may be
allowed by law, including,
but not limited to, adminis-
tering oath of office, reor-
ganizing the board, con-
sidering and paying
claims, considering owner
comments, and conduct-
ing such other business as
may legally come before
the Board at that time.
