NOTICE TO
TAXPAYERS OF
DETERMINATION TO
ISSUE BONDS

Taxpayers of the rede-
velopment district of the
Town of Bargersville, Indi-
ana (the Redevelopment
District), which Redevel-
opment District is a spe-
cial taxing district of the
Town of Bargersville, Indi-
ana (the Town), are
hereby notified that the
Redevelopment District
has determined to issue
special taxing district
bonds in accordance with
Indiana Code 36-7-14, as
amended, in an aggregate
principal amount not to ex-
ceed $2,200,000 for the
purpose of providing funds
for the payment of all or
any portion of (a) the costs
of the acquisition and con-
struction of certain local
public improvements in,
benefitting or serving the
Bargersville Consolidated
Economic Development
Area (the Area) consist-
ing of the engineering,
land and right-of-way ac-
quisition and construction
of a roundabout and other
related road improve-
ments at State Road 135
and State Road 44 in the
Town, which is part of the
local and arterial road and
street systems in the
Town, together with other
related road and street im-
provements, serving or
benefitting the Area; (b)
capitalized interest, if nec-
essary; (c) funding a re-
serve, if necessary; and
(d) the costs of selling and
issuing the bonds. This
notice is provided in ac-
cordance with Indiana
Code 6-1.1-20-5.
