will hold a public hearing
on November 6th at 7:00
p.m. in the meeting room
of the Whiteland Town
Hall, 549 Main Street,
Whiteland, Indiana, to
consider 2025-V-09, de-
velopment standards vari-
ance petition to allow
A variance from the de-
velopment standards to
reduce the side yard
setback requirement to 10
& to allow a
non-conforming exterior
material other than brick
or stone.
on the premises located
at 19 Maple St, Whiteland,
IN 46184.
Written suggestions or
objections to the provi-
sions of said request may
be filed with the Board
Secretary, at or before
such meeting, and will be
heard at the time and
place specified. Interested
persons desiring to pres-
ent their views upon the
said request, either in writ-
ing or verbally, will be
given the opportunity to be
heard at the
abovementioned time and
place. Said hearing may
be continued from time to
time as may be neces-
sary.
