diana, having received the
petition of Kingsbridge De-
veloper, LLC, for the vaca-
tion of that portion of
drainage easement
(Ordinance 2025-11) in
the City of Franklin, more
particularly described as
follows,
Located in Section 33,
Township13 North, Range
4 East of the Second Prin-
cipal Meridian, Franklin
Township, Johnson
County, Indiana, beginning
at the Southwest corner of
the Renelf II, Inc. property,
Deed Record 203, Page
556; thence South 70 de-
grees West a distance of
450 feet to the centerline
of Brewer Ditch across the
lands of Ran Lain contain-
ing .21 acres, more or
less.
Has set this matter for
public hearing on the 3rd
day of November, 2025, at
6:00 p.m. at the City Hall,
70 East Monroe Street,
Franklin, Indiana. All per-
sons aggrieved by or in-
terested in such action
may appear on said date
to present their remon-
strance or comments.
