you have been sued in the
Court above-named
cause.

filed a Verified Complaint
for Court Order to Issue
Mobile Home title regard-
ing a certain mobile home
situated at 9 Northwood
Dr Site 025, Greenwood,
Johnson County, Indiana
46143 at a manufactured
home community known
as Pebble Creek. The mo-
bile home is described as
a 1996 REDMAN MAKE,
UNKNOWN MODEL, VE-
HICLE IDENTIFICATION
NUMBER 11250767. Title
and ownership of the mo-
bile home is currently in
the name of Theresa
Johnson. Plaintiff is re-
questing that title and
ownership of the mobile
home be transferred to
Sun Homes.
This summons by publi-
cation is directed to any
person who may claim an
ownership interest in the
mobile home and whose
identity and whereabouts
are unknown.
This summons by publi-
cation is directed to The-
resa Johnson and the
Heirs of Theresa Johnson
whose whereabouts are
unknown.
An answer or other ap-
propriate response in writ-
ing to the Complaint must
be filed either by you or
your attorney on or before
thirty (30) days after the
last publication of notice of
the suit, and if you fail to
do so, a judgment will be
entered against you for
the relief demanded in the
Complaint.
