submitting a NOI to IDEM
with the intent to dis-
charge stormwater from
construction activities/
land-disturbing activities
for the following project:
Victory Christian Church
Parking Lot Expansion, at
the above address in
Johnson County, Indiana.
The project is located west
of Graham Rd., approx.
730 ft. north of Bryant Dr.
in Franklin, Indiana. Work
is scheduled to commence
on approx. November 1,
2025 and be completed by
approx. July 1, 2026. The
receiving water is Canary
