NOTICE TO
TAXPAYERS OF
PRINCES LAKES,
INDIANA

The Princes Lakes
Town Council, at a public
hearing to be held at 6:00
p.m. on October 20, 2025,
will consider appropriating
more money for calendar
year 2025 than the
amount approved in the
Towns final 2025 budget.
The proposed additional
appropriation is detailed
below.
Any additional appropri-
ations approved by the
Town Council will be sub-
mitted to the Department
of Local Government Fi-
nance (DLGF). The DLGF,
then, within fifteen (15)
days will determine
whether sufficient funds
are available during 2025
for the proposed additional
appropriation and will limit
the amount of any addi-
tional appropriation to the
amount of funds available,
or to be made available,
and that have not been
previously appropriated.

The public hearing will
be held at the Princes
Lakes Town Hall, 14 E
Lakeview Dr Nineveh, In-
diana and will be open to
the public. Interested par-
ties will have the opportu-
nity to comment on the
proposed additional ap-
propriation.
