filed a petition with the
Board of Zoning Appeals
to allow us a variance to
reduce the front setback
requirements from 35 feet
to 17 feet to include exist-
ing structure
A public hearing will be
held by said Board in the
Town Hall at 540 Tracy
Road, Suite C, New
Whiteland on Tuesday Oc-
tober 28th 2025 at 6:30pm
at which time and place all
interested persons will be
given an opportunity to be
heard in reference to the
matters set out in said pe-
tition. This notice is sent to
you as an owner of the
property affected by said
petition, by order of the
Board of zoning Appeals.
