NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S
SALE
Please take notice, that
by virtue of a judgment
and decree of foreclosure
entered in the above enti-
tled action on January 28,
2023, the undersigned
Sheriff of Johnson County,
Indiana will sell at public
auction at the Jail Admin-
istrative Lobby at the
Johnson County Sheriffs
Office, 1091 Hospital
Road, Franklin, IN 46131
on September 18, 2025 at
10:00 a.m. local time, the
fee simple title in and to
the following described
real estate located in
Johnson County, Indiana,
to wit:
Lot Numbered
Forty-eight (48) in North-
ern Park Addition to the
City of Greenwood, Pleas-
ant Township, in Johnson
County, Indiana, as per
plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 4, Page 56, in
the Office of the Recorder
of Johnson County, Indi-
ana.
Tax ID# 41-02-29-
044-019.000-026
with common street ad-
dress of 484 Carol Drive,
Greenwood, IN 46143.
That judgment was ren-
dered in this case in favor
of Horizon Bank and
against the defendant,
Charity A. Robertson, in
the amount of
$141,373.85, together with
accrued interest after No-
vember 10, 2022 to the
date of judgment at the
rate of $15.41 per diem,
together with accrued in-
terest after the date of
judgment at the post judg-
ment rate of 4.25% per
annum plus advances by
Horizon of real estate
taxes, assessments, insur-
ance premiums, mainte-
nance costs and all other
advances which Horizon
pays to preserve the Real
Estate and Horizon's inter-
est and rights from the
date of the filing of the
complaint in this action, to
the date of sheriffs sale,
plus court costs, all with-
out relief from valuation or
appraisement laws. The
total amount owed on the
judgment as of July 23,
2025 is $144,104.75.
The sale is to be made
in all respects pursuant to
an act of general assem-
bly of the State of Indiana,
approved March 7, 1931
and entitled An Act Con-
cerning Proceedings in
Action to Foreclose Real
Estate Mortgage providing
for the sale and custody of
the mortgaged premises
and repealing all laws con-
flicting therewith as
amended.
It is further provided by
law that there shall be no
redemption from such sale
and the purchaser at such
sale, upon complying with
the tenns of its purchase,
shall be entitled to imme-
diately receive from the
undersigned Sheriff of
Johnson County, Indiana,
a deed conveying to him,
the purchaser, a fee sim-
ple title in and to said real
estate. All sales are for
cash.
Said sale to be without
relief from valuation or ap-
praisement laws.
The Sheriffs Office
