Town Council will hold a
public hearing on the 28th
of July, at 6:00 p.m. in the
Town Hall at 107 S. Hol-
land Street, Edinburgh, In-
diana to consider a peti-
tion by Donald Lee, case
number V-TC- 2025-01,
for consideration of a re-
quest to allow:

The vacation of the
public alley that exists
East to West between
Blue River Drive and par-
cel number 41-12-33-
041-029.000-002 abutting
properties commonly
known as: 103 N Blue
River Dr and 101 N Blue
River Dr, Edinburgh, IN
46124.

The alley is located be-
tween properties at:

103 N Blue River Dr,
Edinburgh (BLUE RIVER
PARK ADDITION LOT 13)
101 N Blue River Dr,
Edinburgh (PT N SE S33
T11 R5)

Written suggestions or
objections to provisions of
said request may be filed
with the Secretary of the
Board, at or before such
meetings and will be
heard by the Board at the
time and place specified.
Hearings may be contin-
ued from time to time as
may be necessary.

Interested parties desir-
ing to present their views
upon the said request, ei-
ther in writing or verbally,
will be given the opportu-
nity to be heard at the
above-mentioned time and
