NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING

Pursuant to Indiana
Code 36-7-3-12 and
36-7-3-16, the Edinburgh
Town Council will hold a
public hearing on the 28th
of July, at 6:00 p.m. in the
Town Hall at 107 S. Hol-
land Street, Edinburgh, In-
diana to consider a peti-
tion by Randy Burton,
case number V-TC-
2025-02, for consideration
of a request to allow:

The vacation of a por-
tion of a 10 foot alley,
commencing from the
East line of Holland Street,
running east to the West
line of the Louisville and
Indiana Railroad, bounded
on the north by Lot 60 in
Bishops Addition to the
Town of Edinburgh, and
on the South by Lot 61 in
said Addition.

The alley is located on
the property at:
111 N. Holland St, Ed-
inburgh (Lots Number 60
& 61 in Bishops Addition
to the Town of Edinburgh)

Written suggestions or
objections to provisions of
said request may be filed
with the Secretary of the
Board, at or before such
meetings and will be
heard by the Board at the
time and place specified.
Hearings may be contin-
ued from time to time as
may be necessary.

Interested parties desir-
ing to present their views
upon the said request, ei-
ther in writing or verbally,
will be given the opportu-
nity to be heard at the
above-mentioned time and
place. Copies of the peti-
tion may be examined at
the Town of Edinburgh
Planning Department, 107
