DETERMINATION
Pursuant to Indiana
Code 6-1.1-20-5, notice
is hereby given that the
Board of School Trustees
of the Nineveh-Hensley-
Jackson United School
Corporation has prelimi-
narily determined to enter
into a lease agreement
and issue bonds in one or
more series in the aggre-
gate principal amount of
$16,550,000 to fund the
construction and renova-
tion at Indian Creek school
facilities, including class-
room additions at Indian
Creek Intermediate
School, deferred mainte-
nance improvements in-
cluding roofing, HVAC,
and MEP improvements,
construction or renovation
of the administration of-
fice, and the purchase of
buses, equipment, and
technology.
