HEARING

Notice is hereby given
that the Bargersville Plan
Commission will hold a
public hearing on the 21st
day of July, 2025, at 6:30
p.m., at Bargersville Town
Hall, 24 N. Main Street,
Bargersville, Indiana,
46106. The Public Hearing
is for consideration of
Docket RZNE-000548-
2025 to repeal and re-
place Section 7-1.F of the
Unified Development
Code, regarding Planned
Unit Developments, in its
entirety.
The petition and file on
this matter is available for
examination at the
Bargersville Department of
Development, 24 N. Main
Street, Bargersville, IN
46106 during business
days between the hours of
7:30am to 4:30pm or at
Bargersville.in.gov. Writ-
ten objections or sugges-
tions to the proposal that
are filed with the Secretary
of the Commission before
the hearing will be consid-
ered. Interested people
desiring to present their
views upon the proposal,
either in writing or ver-
bally, will be given the op-
portunity to be heard at
the above-mentioned time
and place. Hearings may
be continued from time to
time as may be found nec-
essary.
