DETERMINATION
MAINTENANCE
PROJECT

Pursuant to Indiana
Code 6-1.1-20-5, notice
is hereby given that the
Board of School Trustees
of the Greenwood Com-
munity School Corporation
has preliminarily deter-
mined to enter into a lease
agreement and issue
bonds in the aggregate
principal amount of
$5,250,000 to fund the
renovation of and im-
provements to facilities
throughout the School
Corporation, including ren-
ovations and improve-
ments at Westwood Ele-
mentary School; renova-
tions and improvements at
Greenwood High School,
including classroom reno-
vations, site improve-
ments, and athletics im-
provements; and the pur-
chase of equipment and
technology.
