also filed his Praecipe for
Summons along with a
supporting Affidavit show-
ing a diligent search has
been made and that
Chardaya Igboanugo can-
not be found at this time.
Chardaya Igboanugo is
further notified that unless
she responds within thirty
(30) days after the last
publication of notice of this
action, said a Petition will
be heard and determined
by the Court in her ab-
