at 6:00 p.m. in the Edin-

Indiana, to consider a peti-
tion by Dan Phillips, case

HCOD, for consideration
of a request to allow:
Location of a forty (40)
feet long by eight (8) feet
wide shipping contained
beside the garage (on
east side) at the property
known as 7710 E ST 252,
Edinburgh, IN 46124
within the Highway Corri-
dor Overlay District.
On premises located at:
Land situated in the
State of Indiana, Couty of
Johnson and described as
follows:
Part of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 27,
Township 11 North,
Range 5 East of the Sec-
ond Principal Meridian:
Beginning at a point 141
feet and 6 inches west of
the Southeast corner of
said Quarter Quarter Sec-
tion: thence North 485 feet
and 6 inches; thence East
140 feet and 6 inches;
thence South 485 feet and
6 inches; thence East 140
feet and 6 inches ot the
place of beginning, con-
taining one and five tenth

verbally, will be given the
opportunity to be heard at
