Legal Drain Extension

Notice is hereby given
pursuant to I.C.
36-9-27-40, that the John-
son County Drainage
Board did, on May 6,
2025, approved the exten-
sion of the LW Jones legal
drain and annual mainte-
nance assessments to be
levied on all land within
the extended watershed,
according to their classifi-
cation, to pay the cost of
maintenance of the drain
in the following amounts:

Order to extend the LW
Jones Regulated Drain
south an additional 2000
feet, and for the adoption
of annual assessments to
be levied on all land within
the watershed of the LW
JONES Legal Drain, to
pay the cost of mainte-
nance of the drain in the
following amounts:
