NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
Greenwood Common
Council

As required by Ind.
Code 5-23-5-9, notice is
given that the Greenwood
Common Council (the
Council), will hold a pub-
lic hearing on May 19,
2025, at 5:30 p.m., con-
cerning the recommenda-
tion to award a
build-operate-transfer
agreement for the design,
development, and opera-
tion of a fire station in ac-
cordance with Ind. Code
5-23, et seq. The hearing
will be held in person at
the Greenwood City Cen-
ter, 300 South Madison
Avenue, Greenwood, Indi-
ana.
Pursuant to Ind. Code
5-23 et seq., the Council
issued a request for pro-
posals and qualifications
for the design, develop-
ment, and operation of a
fire station in Greenwood,
Indiana. After review and
analysis of proposals re-
ceived, a recommendation
has been made to the
Council to award the
build-operate-transfer
agreement to BM Devel-
opment. Copies of the pro-
posals and a written ex-
planation of the basis
upon which the recom-
mendation is being made
are with the Council and
are available for public in-
spection and copying at
300 South Madison Ave-
nue, Greenwood, Indiana,
by appointment made by
calling 317-887-5000. The
public is invited to com-
ment on any of the mat-
ters herein noted, and all
taxpayers, residents, or in-
terested parties who ap-
pear will be given a rea-
sonable opportunity to ex-
press their views on the
recommendation.
