BE IT KNOWN, that
Union Savings Bank, the
above-named Plaintiff, by
its attorney, Stephanie A.
Reinhart, has filed in the
office of the Clerk of the
Johnson Superior Court
#4 its Complaint against
Defendant Jose Pablo
Crone-Arias, and the said
Plaintiff having also filed in
said Clerks office the affi-
davit of a competent per-
son showing that the resi-
dence and whereabouts of
the Defendant, Jose Pablo
Crone-Arias, upon diligent
inquiry is unknown, and
that said cause of action is
for default on the promis-
sory note and to foreclose
a mortgage on the follow-
ing described real estate
in Johnson County, State
of Indiana, to wit:
A part of the West Half
of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 4, Township 13
North, Range 3 East of the
Second Principal Merid-
ian, Johnson County, Indi-
ana, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on
the North line of said Half
Quarter Section that is
453.97 feet East of the
Northwest corner thereof;
thence South with an
existing fence and an ex-
tension thereof 465.16
feet through an old end
post; thence East 92.24
feet to a point South of
and in an extension South
of an existing fence line;
thence North with said
fence line 465.20 feet to
the North line of said
Quarter Section; thence
West 92.88 feet to the
place of beginning, con-
taining 0.99 acre, more or
less.
Except: A part of the
West Half of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 4,
Township 13 North,
Range 3 East, White River
Township, Johnson
County, Indiana, and be-
ing more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
Commencing at the
Northwest corner of the
West Half of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 4, be-
ing designated as Point
"3" on the aforesaid
Right-Of-Way Parcel Plat;
thence North 88 degrees
54 minutes 57 seconds
East (assumed bearing),
along the North line of
said West Half, a distance
of 85.106 meters (279.22
feet) to the Southwest cor-
ner of the Southeast Quar-
ter of Section 33, being
designated as Point "4" on
said Right-Of-Way Parcel
Plat; thence North 88 de-
grees 59 minutes 21 sec-
onds East, continuing
along said North line of
said West Half, a distance
of 81.570 meters (267.625
feet) to the Northwest cor-
ner of the Grantor's land
and being the place of be-
ginning; thence continuing
North 88 degrees 59 min-
utes 21 seconds East,
along said North line, a
distance of 28.31 meters
(92.88 feet) to the North-
east corner of the
Grantor's land; thence
South 00 degrees 13 min-
utes 43 seconds East,
along the East line of said
Grantor's land, a distance
of 14.820 meters (48.62
feet) to the Point desig-
nated as "93" on the
aforesaid Right-Of-Way
Parcel Plat; thence South
88 degrees 56 minutes 50
seconds West a distance
of 28.310 meters (92.88
feet) to the Point desig-
nated as "91" on said
Right-Of-Way Parcel Plat
and the West line of the
Grantor's land; thence
North 00 degrees 13 min-
utes 43 seconds West,
along the West line of said
Grantor's land, a distance
of 14.840 meters (48.69
feet) to the Place of Begin-
ning.

NOW, THEREFORE,
said Defendant is hereby
notified of the filing and
pendency of said Com-
plaint against them and
that unless they appear
and answer or otherwise
defend thereto within thirty
(30) days after the
lastnotice of this action is
published, judgment by
default may be entered
against said Defendant for
the relief demanded in the
Complaint.
